Terms of use
Last updated: 9 October 2026
These terms apply to every shop opened on 7anoutik. By ticking the box at signup, the shop's owner accepts them in the version shown at that moment.
The service
7anoutik is an online service published by MS619TN ("the publisher"): MS619TN, 1100 Zaghouan, Tunisia. It can be reached at contact@ms619tn.tech.
It consists of a back office for a shop — stock, orders, clients, invoices — and an online store at the address the platform gives it.
The account
An account is opened by a shop's owner, with a verified email address. One email address opens one shop and no more.
The owner is responsible for what the members of their team they give access to do, and for the goods their shop sells.
What is forbidden
Selling what Tunisian law forbids selling.
Passing oneself off as another business or another brand.
Running a scam or a phishing page, in any form whatsoever.
Sending unsolicited messages (spam) from the service.
Uploading content — photos, texts, brands — one does not hold the rights to.
Suspension and deletion
The publisher may suspend or delete a shop that breaks these rules.
When a scam is reported to it, the publisher may close the online store concerned at once.
Trial and payment
A newly opened shop is on trial for the number of days shown at signup (fourteen days as of this version).
At the end of the trial the shop becomes read-only: its data can still be consulted, but nothing new can be entered until the platform's administrator extends the access.
The terms of payment are agreed directly with MS619TN. There is no online payment on the service.
The shop's data
The shop's data — its products, its orders, its clients, its invoices — belongs to the shop.
The owner can export it at any time from the settings, and can ask for the shop to be deleted by writing to contact@ms619tn.tech.
After deletion, the publisher keeps only the record, in its log, that the shop existed. Backups are kept for a limited time and then erased in turn.
Hosting and providers
The service is hosted on a server rented from OVH, in France. The emails it sends go through a mail relay located in the European Union.
The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.
The privacy policy says what the service does with personal data.
Changes to these terms
These terms carry a version date. By signing up, the owner accepts the version shown at that moment.
A new version is announced in the shop's dashboard.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute about them falls to the courts of Tunis.
