Privacy policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This policy says which personal data 7anoutik processes, on whose behalf, where it is hosted and what rights everyone has over it. It applies to the shops' dashboard and to the online stores the service hosts.

Who processes the data

7anoutik is published by MS619TN ("the publisher"): MS619TN, 1100 Zaghouan, Tunisia. It can be reached at contact@ms619tn.tech.

For the data of the seller's account, the publisher is the data controller. For the data of a shop's buyers, the shop is the controller and the publisher processes it on the shop's behalf (see below).

The seller's data and their team's

At signup, the service records the owner's email address, verified by a code sent to that address, the shop's name, the password, the IP address and date of the signup, and the version of the terms accepted.

The team members the owner adds are recorded with their name, email address and role. The service keeps a log of what is done in the shop — who confirmed an order, who changed a price — because that is what lets the owner know what their team does.

The buyers' data

A shop records its buyers: their name, their phone, their delivery address and their orders. For this data, the shop is the data controller.

The publisher processes it on the shop's behalf, to run the service, and sells it to nobody.

A single read crosses shops: how often a phone number has answered the call and kept its parcel, across all shops together. It is shown as counts only — never another seller's order, amount, name or shop.

It is the shop's owner who informs their buyers of what they do with their data, including the third-party tools they switch on in their online store (see below).

Where the data is hosted

The data is hosted on a server rented from OVH, in France.

The service's emails (the signup code, notifications) go through a mail relay located in the European Union.

The signup form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots.

Measurement tools

The publisher measures how its own dashboard is used with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.

An online store runs a third-party script — Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity — or reports a sale to Meta or TikTok only when the shop's owner has switched those tools on in their settings. In that case it is for them to inform their buyers.

Cookies

The dashboard sets a session cookie to keep the person signed in, and remembers their language, their theme (light or dark) and their time zone.

It sets no advertising cookie.

Retention and deletion

The shop's data is kept for as long as the shop exists. The owner can export it from the settings and ask for the shop to be deleted by writing to contact@ms619tn.tech.

After deletion, the publisher keeps only the record, in its log, that the shop existed. Backups are kept for a limited time and then erased.

Your rights

Organic law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data gives every person the right to access the data about them, and to have it corrected or deleted. The Instance nationale de protection des données à caractère personnel (INPDP) oversees its application.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@ms619tn.tech. A buyer can also turn to the shop they ordered from, which is responsible for their data.

Changes

This policy carries a version date. A new version is announced in the dashboard.

Governing law

This policy is governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute about it falls to the courts of Tunis.
